The state capitol of Rhode Island as seen from Prospect Park on College Hill in Providence. The city of Providence is an attractive city with steep hills rising sharply from the east side of the downtown area, giving some breathtaking views, especially from Prospect Park and some of the narrow side streets on College Hill.
