A view of the Palmer River from the East Bay Bike Path near the Warren/Barrington border. Warren, Rhode Island, is located on a scenic peninsula southeast of Providence, near the Massachusetts line. Once a whaling center then a mill town, today the picturesque town of Warren is popular with bikers (the East Bay Bike Path cuts through the center of town) as well as lovers of the arts.
